it's name from companies dating back to the 1960s, Benjamin Fitzpatrick
was established in its current form in 2001. Initially developing a
regional and local reputation in the Commercial and Industrial Property
Markets we have quickly established ourselves as leaders in the
Residential market. Our specialist divisions range from Industrial,
Corporate Recovery, Residential and our Business Transfer Division is
growing daily.
During 2004 we have inspected Industrial Property as far apart
as the Moray Firth, Plymouth, East and West Coasts, and have made
successful sale disposals in Wisbech, Leicester, Sheffield, in addition
to sales and lettings across our West Yorkshire base. Benjamin
Fitzpatrick undertakes all types of Commercial and Business Transfer
Disposals as well as advising in relation to rent reviews, lease
renewals and insolvency. We act on behalf of National and International
Companies and our reputation in the Commercial field is undoubted.
Although only venturing into the residential market in January
2004 we have quickly established ourselves as market leaders; already
working with Prestigious Living in the sale of quality apartments in
developments in Halifax and Brighouse, and recently instructed on the
sale of apartments in Holywell Green on behalf of The Yorkshire Mill
Co. Ltd. Our new residential sales office is probably the most
prominent and largest sales agency office throughout Calderdale and far
exceeds any showroom in Brighouse to date.
Our motto is that we are a “Software Enhanced Estate Agency
Group”. We have been developing our Virtual Reality Tours and nearly
all our current properties ‘For Sale’ have V.R. tours online. In
addition, where internet access is not available, we provide them on CD
by post or from the showroom and have further developed our technology
to reduce the file size of the VR so they can also be sent to your PC
by E-Mail.
